During our free 20 minute consultation I will ask you why you are seeking therapy now. You’ll get a sense of how I think and work during this time. I will also ask you what questions you have for me about myself, my credentials and education, or my experience.

I will let you know based on our conversation if I think we are a good fit to work together. If I am not well suited to help you I will provide you with referrals of trusted colleagues that can help. If I do think I can help you, and you agree, then we will schedule a time for our first session.
