We will examine how your formative experiences influence your life today. Often our deeply held beliefs and unresolved conflicts can lead to a range of psychological difficulties. In therapy, we can begin to appreciate our strengths and gain compassion for how we cope in the world while finding new ways to relate to our emotions and experiences.

Individual psychotherapy sessions are held weekly, however, we may decide to meet more frequently based on your needs. My rate is $225 per 50 minute session. I am an out-of-network provider and can provide you with a superbill to submit to your PPO plan for reimbursement. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots.
